Fishing In Filey Where Is Best Spot To Fish

Does anyone know the best spot to go beach ,off rocks sea fishing in Filey ? What Tips do you have for fishing filey? what type of rod and equipment should i be thinking of buying, and also any tips for setting up line depth and fishing bait etc and best times to go.
I have never been fishing here before so anhy help appreciated.
